Can multiple people use the same account?
One account can only be accessed by one person at a time. If another person logs in to the same account, the first person will be logged out. For multiple people to use Infurnia at the same time, you need to buy multiple licenses.
What are Infurnia credits?
Within the Infurnia ecosystem, all products & services are charged with Infurnia credits. You purchase Infurnia credits with rupees. The cost of 1 Infurnia credit is Rs 1 (excluding taxes). These credits are then used to charge your design licenses as well as any add-ons or services like online rendering.
For instance, let's say you purchase 5,000 Infurnia credits for Rs 5,900 ( 5,000 + 18% GST) on the first of a month, and you have one designer. The designer fires 10 HD renders (cost 40 credit each), and 20 presentation renders ( cost 80 credits each) during the course of the month. At the end of the month, you will be charged as follows:
Design Usage : 2,000 Credits ( Team plan)
HD Renders : 400 Credits ( 10*40)
Presentation Renders : 1,600 credits ( 20*80)
Total Usage : 4,000 credits ( 2,000 + 400 + 1,600)
On the first of next month, you will be charged for 4,000 Infurnia Credits. This will be deducted from your balance of 5,000 Infurnia credits automatically. You can continue to use the software, and add more credits to your account at any time for a seamless experience.

You will be charged at the end of the month, and you can pay for your usage at that time. Why is there an additional cost for clients outside Bengaluru ?
This fee enables our team to visit factories outside Bengaluru for onsite setup and onboarding.
What devices and platforms does Infurnia work on?
Infurnia is a completely cloud-based design software. So, you can use it from any laptop/desktop/tablet with a working internet connection. Currently, we only support 64-bit version of Google Chrome browser on all of these platforms.

How is the panel processing fee charged?
Once the design is ready for production, the Production designer will QC the project for manufacturing. Once they are satisfied, they can publish the project for production. All the panels in the project at the time of publishing for production are counted for calculating the panel processing fee.
What is the cost of additional credits for rendering or AI designing?
Each credit costs Rs 4. Every Business user gets 100 free credits per month that can be used for different types of renders. Once these free credits are over, additional renders are consume credits based on the type of render. Enterprise users get 1000 free credits per month that can be used across renders and AI designing.
What are the render credit costs for different types of renders in Infurnia?
